  • Festive Christmas Concert (December 20)

    Immerse yourself in a magical evening of music on December 20 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the San Luis Beltran Church in Rincon. The concert kicks off with a welcome drink and beautiful harp music. Enjoy performances by Bradley Howard, accompanied by Claudia Cassier on piano and Alan Bowen on saxophone, and be moved by the children's choir alongside Hòfi Kultural. Tickets cost $10 and are available at Delmar Bookstore, Lisa Convenience Store, and The Touch Kunuku Spa.

  • Christmas Shopping Night and Fiesta di Barí (December 20)

    On Friday, December 20, 2024, Kralendijk will transform into a Christmas paradise during the Christmas Shopping Night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Enjoy music, food stalls with treats, handmade decorations, and meet Santa Claus. Performances will include Gaitas Las Unicas Fabulosas, Tutti Frutti, and DJ Marv. The evening will conclude with the "Fiesta di Barí" in Wilhelmina Park, featuring performances by Grupo Los Originales and Grupo Tambú Ruta from Curaçao. A celebration for the whole family!

  • Christmas Lights Walk with Shelter Dogs (December 21)

    Join the festive Christmas Lights Walk on Saturday, December 21 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, organized by Animal Shelter Bonaire. Walk with a shelter dog, adorned with Christmas lights, along the Kralendijk boulevard. 


    A unique opportunity to showcase these sweet animals. Registration is available on December 18 and 19 at Animal Shelter Bonaire, Kaminda Lagun 26a, for $5 per person. At the end, you'll receive a fun goodie bag!

  • Christmas Market at Delfins (December 23)

    Visit our cozy Christmas market on December 23 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Delfins Boulevard. Discover unique gifts, local treats, and enjoy the cheerful Christmas atmosphere.

  • Nochebuena (December 24)

    An evening of togetherness with a church service, festive meals like the traditional Ham di Pasku, and dancing to salsa and soca rhythms. This blend of religion, family, and Antillean culture makes the evening unforgettable. There are various services held in both Catholic and Protestant churches across the island. The Christmas Eve service at the picturesque Protestant church in Playa, located at Wilhelminaplein, begins at 11:00 PM. The church, with its traditional yellow color and orange roof tiles, is a local landmark.


    In the Catholic San Bernardo Church at the roundabout in Playa, the Christmas Eve service will take place starting at 10 PM. This church, also painted in traditional yellow, has been a part of the island since 1948. It is a popular place for Bonairians to get married.
